More than 200 people gathered Dec. 10 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of United Way of Central Ohio’s Project Diversity at the headquarters of longtime program supporter Grange Insurance. The gathering recognized past graduates and honored corporations that have supported the program over the past 20 years. Project Diversity has become one of Central Ohio’s premier leadership development programs for people of color—nearly 80 percent of its 300 graduates have gone on to serve on nonprofit boards. Tickets were $50, and proceeds of more than $40,000 will fund future scholarships. (Photography by Shellee Fisher Davis/The Art of Exposure; IDs courtesy United Way.)
