Grass Skirt Will Light the Tiki Tourch

After the late, great Kahiki was demolished to make way for a Walgreens, Columbus has been without a shrine to Polynesian kitsch. Fortunately, Liz Lessner’s Columbus Food League has picked up the tiki torch with The Grass Skirt, slated to open later this month.

Managing partner Carmen Owens says to expect authentic décor and Polynesian-inspired comfort food like mini Spam-burgers. Plus! “As much rum as we can possibly manage to hold on our shelves.”
