Ready for a night on the town? Columbus has plenty of options. From stylish lounges, dance clubs and live music venues to gay bars, sports pubs and neighborhood hangouts, nightlife in the city abounds. And visitors may be pleasantly surprised at the cost of a night out—drink prices are relatively low here.
With many places grouped together in popular areas such as the Arena District, Short North, OSU campus and Easton, bar-hopping is fairly easy. Nonsmokers can delight in the smoke-free environment, thanks to a statewide smoking ban, but many outdoor patios provide space for those looking to light up. Here’s a select list of places to go.
