BalletMet held its annual Nutcracker Ball black-tie fundraiser Dec. 4 at the Renaissance Columbus. Three hundred and sixty guests dined, danced to music by MoJoFlo and enjoyed a selection of classical and contemporary works performed by students of BalletMet Dance Academy. Student dancers also welcomed guests as living snow globes, posing in costumes from The Nutcracker atop red platforms and below crystal chandeliers. Tickets were $400 to $10,000, and the event raised nearly $180,000 for BalletMet’s artistic and education programs. (Photos and IDs courtesy BalletMet.)
