Twenty-seven female cancer survivors from Central Ohio walked the runway during the Saks Key to the Cure fashion show benefiting the Columbus Cancer Clinic, a program of LifeCare Alliance. Around 450 people gathered Oct. 17 at the Saks Fifth Avenue at Polaris for the event, which included hors d’oeuvres from Brio Tuscan Grille. The goal was to raise money and awareness for women’s cancers. In the five years since Key to the Cure’s inception, $70,000 has been raised. Tickets were $65.
