The BIA of Central Ohio has hosted the BIA Parade of Homes each year since 1957, and we are proud to present the 2011 parade in Delaware County for the first time in five years. This great summer tradition will feature 11 of Central Ohio’s finest home builders, whose houses will offer the latest in exterior and interior design and décor, products and technology.

The 2011 parade will be held June 11 through 26 at Olentangy Falls in Liberty Township. Rockford Homes, owner of Olentangy Falls, is our gracious host and the site is quite a setting, with rolling hills, mature trees and sweeping views of the Olentangy River Valley. You will fall in love with this neighborhood.

The 11 builders participating in this year’s event include a mix of small and large builders, with parade veterans as well as first-time parade builders. They are Ambassador Homes, Compass Homes, Dominion Homes, Fischer Homes, Manor Homes, M/I Homes, New England Homes, P&D Builders, Rockford Homes, Tuckerman Home Group and Weaver Custom Homes. We are pleased to announce that Tuckerman Home Group will be the BIA Foundation House builder for the second time. Proceeds from the sale of the Foundation House benefit the BIA Foundation and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

BIA members are the professionals building our homes and communities. The BIA of Central Ohio was founded in 1943 and represents single and multiple family home builders, remodelers, developers, subcontractors, suppliers and service professionals.
