The Mount Carmel Foundation celebrated its 12th annual Champagne and Diamonds winter fundraising gala on Feb. 23 at the Hilton at Easton. More than 500 donors enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet dinner, dancing, live entertainment by the Rick Brunetto Band and a raffle. The evening featured a special check presentation of $400,000 for Mount Carmel’s Hospice and Palliative Care, made possible through Champagne and Diamonds 2011 and the Mount Carmel Foundation.
