Each year on the opening night of the Columbus Arts Festival, the Greater Columbus Arts Council hosts the Patron Party. Free by invitation, the event is an opportunity for arts patrons, artists, community leaders, sponsors and others to come together to celebrate the arts festival in style. The party, held June 3 in the Discovery District, was attended by more than 800 festival supporters who enjoyed a performance by the Dave Powers Trio and heavy hors d’oeuvres courtesy Bon Appetit.
