Another Bicentennial arts exhibit opens today. “100 Years of Art: Celebrating Columbus’ Legacy” makes its debut at the Ohio Arts Council’s Riffe Gallery downtown. The exhibit features a variety of media and artistic styles in an attempt to present a sense of how the city’s arts community has changed over the years. Friday, Jan. 27:
