Each week, we feature a couple from our latest issue.

It seems as though it’s almost become a rule to go into blind dates with low expectations. Maybe a friend decided to set you up with someone, or maybe you literally have no idea who will sit down on the other side of the table. But Erin and Jordan Lee are the exception to that rule.

A friend of both Erin and Jordan—who ended up being a groomsman in their wedding—set the two up on a blind date. They say that when you know, you know … and Erin and Jordan knew. Just 10 months later, they were engaged. Jordan took Erin back to a park where the pair went hiking for one of their first dates to ask her to marry him.

When it came down to deciding where to celebrate their marriage, the decision was a bit more difficult. The couple’s honeymoon took them to both ends of the country: Captiva Island, Florida, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. “We couldn’t decide, so we took both,” Erin says.
