So here are a couple fun stocking stuffers (because nothing's more luxe than giving back, right?): First, Star Jewelers in Bexley has wrapped pieces of jewelry valued between $40 and $100 and is selling the grab-bag gifts for $25--with all proceeds benefiting Firefighters 4 Kids. (There's a note in each box saying a $25 donation has been made to the local charity, which helps needy children in Central Ohio.)
Second, Accent on Image in Polaris Fashion Place is selling silver Brighton charms that are colored ribbons representing different causes, from breast cancer to autism. The charms cost $25, and $20 of each sale will go to the related charity. The charms come with the $20 donation check so that the giftee can send it herself. The charities include: Autism Speaks, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, USA Cares (for the troops) and the American Cancer Society.
