[Their Story]
"If anyone knows my husband and I, we're definitely not the serious type," laughs graphic designer Emmy, who married Mark, a teacher, on Nov. 5, 2011. So fun - and lots of personality - was a necessary element to their wedding day. A peacock feather theme was inspired by Emmy's childhood love of the colors. Her short dress, designed with the Sex and the City movie in mind, was crafted with some elements from the bridal gown her mother and grandmother wore. And favors were her grandma's amaretto cake, recreated by The Angry Baker.
