This fall, Columbus artist Mariana Tcherepanova-Smith is drawing inspiration from Andrei Tarkovsky's films for a month-long exhibition at Hammond Harkins Galleries. Tcherepanova-Smith, who graduated from Columbus College of Art & Design and now serves as a faculty member, will showcase her paintings and video projections at the gallery from Sept. 14 to Oct. 14. The exhibition will kick off with a preview reception on Sept. 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. There's also an opportunity to meet Tcherepanova-Smith on Sept. 19, as she will speak about her art at the gallery beginning at 7 p.m. Learn more about the exhibition at –Heather Weekley, @heather_weekley
