Dress in your best costume and celebrate Halloween in the Short North on Saturday, Oct. 27. Highball Halloween is back for its fifth year and includes a public costume contest, entertainment and a fashion show featuring costumes created by local designers. The fun begins at 5 p.m., and general admission costs $5 at the gate (gates are located several places throughout the Short North).
