Meet Wardrobe Therapy's newest stylist

The ladies of Wardrobe Therapy (the style gurus behind the fashion shoots in each issue of Capital Style) have welcomed a new stylist. Kiley Dostal, who lives in Bucyrus, joined the team in November 2013.

The 31-year-old graduated from Ohio State with a degree in fashion merchandising and worked for Abercrombie & Fitch before becoming a stylist with Wardrobe Therapy. "This is seriously my dream job," Dostal says. We chatted with Dostal about her fashion favorites.

-Heather Weekley, @heather_weekley

Fashion icon: Rachel Zoe. She has had a huge influence in the fashion world and has always stayed true to her boho-chic style.

Favorite designer: Mara Hoffman at the moment.… I'm ready for spring. The Mara Hoffman line encompasses bold prints that feature detailed beading and embroidery.

Best shoes you've ever owned: Paul Green taupe peep-toe pumps from Nordstrom. Definitely the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned, and they go with everything!

Closet item you can't live without: Sam Edelman fringe booties and House of Harlow necklace. These accessories give any outfit that boho touch.

First piece of clothing you remember splurging on: Gucci handbag

The item you've had in your closet the longest: A BCBG runway dress. It doesn't fit, but I can't part with it.

All-time most memorable style moment: New Year's Eve 2012: I wore a Parker beaded dress that is to die for! The dress was beige with detailed beading and had a very Gatsby feel to it.

Favorite places to shop: Local boutiques Thread, Rowe and Ladybird), Nordstrom and Shopbop.

Item you lust: I've been lusting over this June fur jacket with leather sleeves. It's so versatile.

Best style advice/words to live by: "People will stare. Make it worth their while." -Harry Winston

You have $100 and 10 minutes to spend it. Where do you go? Rowe. They always have great accessories, and I'm always looking for a great piece of jewelry.

What three women are doing style best right now? Rachel Zoe, Nicole Ritchie and Olivia Palermo.

Go-to hairstyle: My go-to hair styles include braids, hippie headbands and beachy waves. I love the boho look!

Signature lipstick: Mac Myth (nude). I'm very simple when it comes to makeup and nude looks great with every outfit.

What's the biggest mistake people make in their wardrobe? Not building a foundation. Without basic staples, a wardrobe lacks integrity and style.
