Columbus College of Art & Design's annual senior fashion show

Rachel Kaplan has spent more than 200 hours making this sequin-and-chiffon dress--and it's not yet finished. "That dress," the 21-year-old says, smiling at her masterpiece, "took quite a while." It's one of many looks that will walk the runway May 11 in the Columbus College of Art & Design's annual senior fashion show. The Friday night event includes a VIP reception, runway show and dance party, and has become one of the most coveted tickets in town. The number of seats, which keeps growing, now tops 800, and they consistently sell out long before the event. Tickets start at $100, and all proceeds benefit the general scholarship fund at CCAD.

Tickets for CCAD's 2012 Senior Fashion Show can be purchased at CCAD.edu.
