A bite-size snack that's well worth the prep time

Instead of a single nut-coated cheeseball that loses its pretty presentation as soon as someone cuts into it, try these bite-size grapes wrapped in cheese and nuts. They're gorgeous to look at and help with portion control (if you can eat just one!).

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened 1/4cup crumbled blue cheese 1/4cup heavy cream Freshly ground black pepper 20 seedless grapes (red or green) 1 cup walnuts 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons parsley leaves

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, blue cheese and cream in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Season with pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Add the grapes. Toss until well coated. Wipe out food processor. Add walnuts, sugar and parsley. Pulse until nuts are finely ground. Transfer to a shallow dish. Working with 1 grape at a time, place in nut mixture, toss to coat. Roll each grape into a ball shape. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until well chilled. (Grapes can be made up to 4 hours ahead. Store in refrigerator.) Arrange on platter.
