WASHINGTON (AP) — Singer Chris Brown is due in court on a charge that he punched a man in the face.
Brown is scheduled to appear Monday afternoon in District of Columbia Superior Court on a felony assault charge.
A police report says Brown punched a man who tried to get in a picture with the singer and two other people. The Grammy-winning artist was arrested early Sunday near the W Hotel in Washington.
The police report quotes the man as saying Brown told him, "I feel like boxing."
Police on Monday identified the victim as 20-year-old Parker Isaac Adams of Beltsville, Md. Police earlier said his name was Isaac Adams Parker.
Brown's attorneys have not returned calls seeking comment.
