Sushi Spot Rolling into Downtown
The owners of Moshi Sushi in Bexley, father-son duo Song and David Kim, hope to open a new sushi concept this month. Rishi Sushi Kitchen & Bar will open in the former Fleur space at the corner of Third and Long streets Downtown. David says they’re excited to be part of the growing Gay Street area. The 85-seat restaurant will offer a warm, contemporary vibe. “Somewhere you can come in and escape,” David says. “We are creating a high-end sushi feel, with even more of a selection than Moshi.” David adds they will also offer small plates, Asian-style burgers and fresh ramen noodles. “It takes [my father] two days to make the broth.” Behind the solid maple bar top, expect Japanese and craft beers, including local offerings like Seventh Son Brewing.
