Bargain admission at the CMA

From the September 2010 edition

As we plow away at our October issue, which is our annual Arts Guide full of previews of the coming seasons, we noticed this fantastic little change—the Columbus Museum of Art is offering $5 admission tickets until the end of the year.

Granted that’s only a $5 discount from what museum-goers are used to, but in a cash-strapped Columbus, this seemed worth mentioning. One Abe Lincoln will garner access to the permanent collections and the special shows coming the museum’s way, such as the anticipated R. Crumb show “The Bible Illuminated: R. Crumb’s Book of Genesis” which opens Oct. 8.
