Hi, everyone. It's a busy afternoon at the Columbus Monthly office, and by busy, I mean I'm already on my fifth cup of coffee today.
But, I wanted to take a little break from work (and caffeine) to mention that it's Columbus Vegan Week, and there are several restaurants offering special menu options this week. I checked out Chile rellenos with Spanish vegetables and brown rice at Columbus Brewing Company last night, and I enjoyed the dish.
