Back in March, some foodie friends and I decided to make lobster rolls. With real Maine lobster. Procured from the Lobstah Shack in Knox County, whose owner drives to coastal Maine several times a year to catch fresh lobsters.

Our lobster roll adventure took about eight hours from start to delicious, delicious finish. Luckily, you can have it much easier.

The Hills Market is serving traditional Maine Lobster rolls on the Veranda for the next few Saturdays. For $15, you get a quarter-pound of fresh lobster on a buttered and toasted roll. On the side: Ballreich's potato chips from Tiffin, Ohio, lemonade and a slice of Judy's blueberry pie from Waldo, Ohio.

Beer and wine is available for purchase, too, and additional rolls are $10 each. Seatings are at 1 and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20, Aug. 27 and Sept. 3, and reservations are required (call 614-846-4330).
