Aug. 6, 2012: Crave's first-ever dining event, showcasing special farm-to-plate themed menus at local restaurants, was by all accounts a success. We kicked things off with a party for our sponsors on Barcelona's lovely German Village patio. Chef Paul Yow prepared tapas treats for restaurateurs, farmers and diners, who sipped on Buckeye Vodka cocktails and wines from Ohio's Firelands Winery. Among the small plates served: gazpacho shooters, fried Ohio walleye, and sweet corn croquetas.
