Sept. 14, 2012: Ohio author Marilou Suszko, a champion of farm-to-plate eating, was a driving force for this year's Field to Table dinner, an annual fundraiser for Franklin Park Conservatory's horticulture, education and outreach programs. Produce from local farmers, gardeners and producers was used to create a seasonal feast inspired by Suszko's culinary vision, outlined in books such as "Farms & Foods of Ohio." Over 500 people helped to raise more than $200,000 for the conservatory.
