"I wanted to push the envelope in terms of flavor combinations," she says.

The baker has her eyes on a North Market stall, but for now she bakes out of ECDI's Food Fort commercial kitchen space. Find her creations at both Hills Market stores, at Luck Bros. and Global Gallery on the weekends, and at occasional pop-ups at North Market. Watch for her new Hawaiian donut-filled with banana curd, coated in a rum glaze and sprinkled in toasted macadamias-on the brunch menu at Grass Skirt.
