What do you grow?

Lettuce, arugula, Asian greens, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, beets, carrots, radishes, edamame, turnips, onions, blackberries, garlic, asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, winter squash and potatoes

Which restaurants do you work with?

I work with Rigsby's Kitchen, the Greener Grocer, Third & Hollywood, Northstar Cafe, Knead, Skillet, The Hills Markets and Alana's. I love what Alana does with the round zucchini.

What would you like to see changed in the local food scene?

I would love to find a stronger crowd base for a mid-week market. Saturdays are great, but produce ripens throughout the week.
