Each week, we highlight a couple from the current issue of the magazine.
For Kathryn and Aaron Rogier, the first date was nothing to take lightly. The high school sweethearts got things started by attending junior prom together!
At the wedding, Kathryn was delighted to find out that her family had imported a blue, peach-flavored wine from Tuscany that she had enjoyed during a family trip in 2012. Not to be outdone, Aaron and his mother surprised everyone with a choreographed hip-hop dance in lieu of the traditional mother-son number.
But perhaps the biggest surprise of all was the fickle April weather.
“It snowed at our April wedding! I was expecting a warm spring wedding, but instead Ohio gave us a beautiful winter one,” says Kathryn. “Though it was so cold, we have gorgeous pictures in the snow and some crazy memories!”
