Call this the crane tour. In case you haven't noticed, Downtown Columbus currently has a number of cranes working on various projects from the Short North to River South.
Those sites, many of which include construction of additional apartments and a few high-end condominium complexes, may be the reasons why traffic is congested even in the off hours. Certainly, with constant stops and bumper-to-bumper line-ups, it's difficult to figure out what's getting built on any one site.
Below is a pocket guide to major Downtown projects underway, taken from a list provided by the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation. And while we're dealing with the tough traffic, remember that continued Downtown development is good for the city, right?

10.West Broad Street: National Veterans Memorial and Museum, as well as the Scioto Peninsula Park and garage
Price Right, Look Bright
Times are changing and the Central Ohio real estate market is hot. That's why four experienced Realtors have offered a few timely tips for being successful during this spring's selling season.
Paint. Especially paint trim and other walls or doors in frequently used spaces, such as the kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom.
Declutter. Resolve to move a bag of items out every day for one full month by donating it, passing it along to friends, throwing it away or selling it online.
Detail. Pay attention to details such as removing screens, cleaning windows, changing light bulbs, dusting ledges that are high and furniture, such as wardrobes, that is tall. —Alan Hinson, New Albany Realty
Interview. Interview three experienced Realtors, each with at least 10 years of experience. The market goes up and down, and younger Realtors won't have the experience working with such fluctuations. —Art Russo, Art Russo Realtors
Price appropriately. Listing at the right market price is very important. It can create bidding wars and ultimately bring a quicker and higher value sale. Overpricing results in extended market times and price reductions.
List early. Don't wait until your garden is in bloom—you will have missed half the spring buying market. List early when the skies are gray, rainy or even snowy. Sellers tend to think spring brings buyers into the marketplace but they actually jump in very early.

Upgrade. Buyers are focusing on kitchens and master baths, so upgrade them prior to listing.?
Innovatively market. Interview multiple agents who have innovative marketing plans to sell your home. Are they using video marketing and drone videos showing the neighborhood? Do they offer a vast knowledge of the area??
