Wedding season is upon us, and local vendors are acting accordingly. We’ve rounded up some events taking place in the next two weeks—hope your calendar is clear!

April 23

Free open house at Vue Columbus, noon to 2 p.m. Metro Cuisine will provide light hors d’oeuvres and beverages as you tour the space and learn about current trends from Events Held Dear.  RSVP here or by emailing liz@vuecolumbus.com.

Worn Once Bridal Boutique sale at Bendora Wedding Gallery, noon to 3 p.m. Shop gently used, sample and new gowns at 40 to 80 percent off retail price. Come sans makeup (so it doesn’t get on the gowns), and wear a sports bra and shorts so you can change on the floor instead of waiting for the fitting room. More details here.

Gala by Galia Lahav 2017 collection trunk show at White of Dublin, by appointment only. Browse and try on gorgeous gowns from the Russian-Israeli couture designer known for her sexy and adventurous collections. April 30

Columbus Bride & Groom’s Spring Wedding Experience at the Sheraton Columbus Capitol Square, noon to 4 p.m. Themed “through the seasons” rooms showcase mini-receptions and offer samples of drinks, foods and cakes. Also offering the chance to try out photo booths and a caricature artist and receive mini makeup and hair trials, massages and dance lessons. More info here.
