I'm Taylor, a 22 year-old C-Bus native and author of food blog Taylor Made It Paleo. Chocolate Cake in a Mug

Ingredients:2 Tablespoonscoconut flour 1 Tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder pinch of sea salt 1 egg 4 Tablespoonsunsweetened almond milk 1 Tablespooncoconut oil, melted (will need additional oil for greasing mug) 1 Tablespoonsunflower seed butter (or other nut/seed butter of your choice) ½ Tablespoonhoney 1 Tablespoondark chocolate chips
Instructions:Grease a microwave safe mug (or other small dish) with coconut oil. Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a separate bowl until all are well incorporated and a batter forms. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased mug. Cook in microwave until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle (this should take about 2 minutes or so, depending on your microwave. I suggest using increments of 30 seconds, checking after each to prevent overcooking!) Remove mug from microwave and top with additional nut butter, chocolate chips, or your favorite Jeni's ice cream! More:
