All six work for retail corporations in Central Ohio.

Publicly traded companies are required to report the compensation of their highest-paid employees to the SEC, so we checked the filings for Central Ohio’s 27 public companies. Of the 108 highly compensated executives they reported in 2018, 12 were women. Here are the top six. It’s interesting to note that all six worked at retail companies; five worked in apparel.
