An interactive exhibit by Pecha Kucha Columbus will be displayed at the Columbus Museum of Art Thursday night. Twenty presenters from different fields, including photographers, artists, musicians and others, each share 20 slideshow images and speak about the image for 20 seconds during the event, held at 6 p.m. in Derby Court. ("Pecha Kucha" draws its name from the Japanese term for "the sound of conversation," and was founded in 2003 as a way for creative people to meet and share their work in public.)

For a suggested $2 donation, guests also can tour the museum's newly renovated galleries and listen to performances by local band Way Yes and Ohio State University's New Music Collective. Free parking is available behind the museum and in the State Auto lot east of the museum. For more details, visit --Dana Wilson
