Photo by: Stephanie Matthews This year, for its annual two-day public performance, the Ohio State University Department of Dance is focusing on African-influenced dance and music, including tunes from the likes of B.B. King. Dance Uptown 2011 is making its move to campus this year and will be performed at the Mershon Auditorium. The show, which includes the choreography of several OSU faculty members, begins at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 26 and Friday, May 27. General admission tickets cost $10.
