It's the most wonderful time of the year. Until you realize you're over budget, out of eggs for the cookies you already started making and oh my gosh-is that a cold coming on? The Meditation Museum's Sister Jenna offered us these four quick tips on avoiding holiday stress:

1. Remember that every problem has a solution

2. Find 30 minutes for yourself in the morning and set the tone for the day

3. Pause every hour and take control of the traffic in your life

4. Give yourself and others a margin to mess up

We're adding a fifth: Grab a glass of wine, take a bath, and don't forget a present for you.
