How I stay fit: Having a busy schedule, I could easily slack off and not make it to the gym.Luckily,I have a workout buddy who helps keep me on track to regularly go after work. We alternate arm and leg days and start off with a half hour of cardio every day.Getting in my exercise solely through working out can get boring, so I recently decided to mix it up by joining an intramural soccer team. And as soon as it warms up, you'll find me playing sand volleyball or water skiing!

Favorite healthy meal:Salmon, asparagus and a sweet potato

Personal style: I have a laid-back style.I think simple wardrobe staples can go a long way. Pairing dark wash skinnies with a breezy blouse, dressed up with unique jewelry or accessories and heels makes for the perfect going-out look. The key is in the details, and being comfortable exuberates confidence. Liking how you look is what really makes the outfit.

Favorite item in my closet: I have two! They're polar opposites. My Lululemon leggings are the most comfy, go-with-anything pants. I could wear them every single day. I also have this floral patterned silk jumper I purchased from Wink in SoHo.It has more sentimental value behind it. It was my first time in New York City. And I stumbled upon the store and was greeted with champagne. It was an off-the-cuff, pricey treat.

Go-to shops in the city:If I could have Rowe as my closet, I would be one happy girl! I love everything in that store. Can't go wrong with Rowe. I also really like going to Second Chance in Grandview. It really is a treasure box. I always find pieces that aren't typical. Although it's a resale store, the clothing is of good quality and reputable designer brands.

Tip for taking a flattering photo: My biggest advice for taking a flattering photo is to evoke your emotion through your eyes, or "smize," as Tyra Banks would say. Eyes really are the window to the soul.
