This weekend, prepare to be dazzled by remodeled kitchens in local homes while supporting a good cause. Kitchen Kapers, a tour in Grandview and Upper Arlington that features remodeled kitchens and supports cancer programs, has been an annual event for 22 years.

"The tour is organized by volunteer members of Riverside Methodist Hospital," said Kelly Dusseau, of Kitchen Kapers. "The program began in 1987, and has raised over $292,000 for cancer care programs at Riverside Methodist Hospital."

Kitchen Kapers typically attracts 1,000 attendees. Any home can be a starting point, and the rest can be viewed at guests' leisure.

This summer's Kitchen Kapers, sponsored by Classico Tile & Marble, will take place on Sunday, September 13 from 12 to 5 p.m. Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased either online or on the day of the event.
