1. Take time to discover who you are outside your role as Mother, Wife, Friend, Employee ...and live the life she most wants to live.
2. Evaluate what a successful life means to you, and then make the changes necessary to live it.
3. Happiness is a choice and way of life we can choose for ourselves. Choose it!
4. Let go of the "mother's guilt" you feel for every little thing you think you're doing wrong. You're amazing-give yourself some credit.
5. Learn to care more about how you feel than what other people will think of your choices.
6. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude for the life you have and you'll enjoy it more fully.
7. Life is supposed to be fun. Have more of it!
8. Learn to say "no."
