Neighborhood: Upper Arlington
Sarah started working out with local personal trainer Amy Crandall a year ago, and the results paid off. Last December, she won a contest at her gym to see who could lose the largest percentage of body fat. Sarah, who works in marketing and communications at OhioHealth, shed 20 pounds and 10 percent of her body fat. She continues to keep up with her workouts, citing Pilates on a reformer as her favorite. "It's a great overall total body workout," Sarah says. She loves her fresh spring look, and is excited about how it turned out: "It's fun to do all this girly stuff!"
Hair at J.Bentley
Premier Artist Brit Beswick touched up Sarah's hair color with a chocolate brown and added caramel highlights. "We're neutralizing and refreshing, which will be great to carry into spring," she says.
