Happy National Proposal Day! To celebrate, we asked Columbus Bride readers to submit their proposal stories. Here are three of our favorites:

"I was teaching a summer dance class when my fiancé walked in, interrupted my class and proposed in front of my entire class and all the dance moms! He also brought one of his close friends and one of mine." -Ashley Miller

"My husband planned a surprise ziplining trip for me in the Hocking Hills (because I had been hinting about wanting to try it for MONTHS!). When we got to the center tree, a photographer was taking pictures of each person coming across the line. As I made my way across, I saw my guy at the far tree, down on one knee, ring box in hand. That pretty much sums up our relationship, doing offbeat, fun things together!" -AJ Wat

"Driving down the road a cop came up behind us and pulled us over. The cop said the vehicle had been reported as stolen and we needed to step out of the vehicle. I threw my hand in the air because I thought we were getting arrested! However, when I camearound the outside of the car my boyfriend was down on one knee! I was definitely shocked but it was perfect for us since we always prank each other! I couldn't imagine a better proposal!" -Megan Marie
