Two Caterers'Sweet Carrot(1417 W. Fifth Ave., Grandview) is now open in the former Rife Market, serving comfort foods like corn cakes smothered in pulled pork, mac and cheese, open-faced sandwiches and carrot cake for dessert.
Wine on High(789 N. High St., Short North) has reopened after an extensive remodel. The shop is now distinctly a wine bar and retailer with the addition of a lengthy bar on the first floor.
Cincinnati-based grilled-cheese chainTom + Cheehas closed all of its Columbus-area restaurants.
After closingL'Antibesover the summer, chef Matthew Litzinger promised he'd reopen as casual American spotHomefare. He did so quietly in November with an opening menu featuring hearty fare like pork chops, meatloaf and fried chicken.
