We all know that Columbus has been a testing ground and home base for some of the nation's top brands, and because of that, Macy's selected its Easton location to reveal a prototype store like no other. Here's a sneak peek at the renovation that is set to debut on Saturday, June 25th.
1. Spa services. Luxury beauty brand, Bluemercury was recently purchased by Macy's and offers a wide variety of makeup and skincare products. Spa services offered in-store include facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and lash and brow tinting.

2.Loose diamonds and wedding planning. Macy's wedding services now go far beyond creating a registry. The refurbished store carries loose diamonds so you can create a custom engagement ring in the privacy of a fine jewelry viewing room. It also offers a variety of wedding bands. Men's Wearhouse has set up a Tux Shop and the dress options have expanded to include well-known brands like Adrianna Papell.

3.A smoothie bar in the new fitness department. Berry Blendz is opening its second location inside Macy's. You might be familiar with Berry Blendz, located on High Street near the Ohio State campus. The new smoothie and juice stand is tucked in the corner of an all new health and wellness department that includes Finish Line athletic footwear, Gaiam Yoga and Fitbit sections. In addition, Macy's has hired a health and fitness expert to provide you with wellness tips while you shop.

4.Updated cosmetics counters. If you've been to the Macy's at Easton before, you've probably passed by the wide array of makeup counters on the first floor. But if you were to walk through now, it's completely fresh. Flooring and counters have been updated throughout.

5.Save time with My Stylist @ Macy's. Department stores can sometimes be overwhelming when there are so many, well, departments to choose from. My Stylist offers personal styling appointments with an expert who is completely versed on all the fashions the store has to offer. Make an appointment ahead of time and outfits will be selected for you to try on when you arrive.
6.Touchy, feely at Connect @ Macy's. Macy's wants customers to see, touch and try out the products before they make purchases. Employees and virtual experts at the Connect @ Macy's counter will help you navigate the store.
Macy's Renovation Celebration is 10 a.m. Saturday complete with giveaways, music and special guests.
