Chez du Bon, the French bistro and bakery opened on High Street in November, is closing its doors. Come Monday, June 2, it will be replaced by seafood-heavy restaurant Fin.

It's a concept owner Yavonne Sarber has had on her mind for some time. And after countless requests from her customers for seafood, she says she knew it was time to make the switch. Sarber, who owns the FAB Dining Group which also operates De-Novo and Manifesto, plans to also use her guests as inspiration, looking to recreate favorite seafood dishes shared with her over the years.

She plans to continue popular Jazz concerts and Gospel Brunch at Fin.
