Handcrafted in Columbus, these ricotta, provolone, mozzarella and romano stuffed tortellonis get a touch of sweetness from nutmeg and an herby kick from a dill-spiked exterior.

Mariaís Fresh pasta

Cheese ravioli, ">mariasfreshpasta.com

These thick-shelled raviolis are red-sauce-Italian classics. No frillsójust well-salted dough and an herbaceous ricotta filling. Sold fresh at the Worthington Farmers Market, expect a wait while pasta is rolled, stuffed and stamped to order. But itís worth it. And donít forget to order a side of fresh sauce.
