Mozart's Bakery and Piano Cafe is skidding straight into the pumpkin trend, celebrating the fall season with a different pumpkin treat every day through Sunday, Oct. 5.

If the chill in the air is any indication, it seems fall has officially arrived. And with that comes the invasion of all things pumpkin flavored. There's pumpkin beer (word on the street is Wolf's Ridge Brewing has released its first one), pumpkin lattes and pumpkin pastries of all shapes and sizes.

Mozart's Bakery and Piano Cafe is skidding straight into the trend, celebrating the fall season with a different pumpkin treat every day through Sunday, Oct. 5. (Bonus: Most of these treats will be available throughout the season).

Here's what's still in store:

Wednesday, Oct. 1: Curried Pumpkin Soup

Thursday, Oct. 2: Pumpkin-Raisin Muffin with Streusel

Friday, Oct. 3: Pumpkin Risotto with Roasted Root Vegetables

Saturday, Oct. 4: Pumpkin Pie with Fresh Whipped Cream

Sunday, Oct. 5: Pumpkin and Cream Cheese Plunders

Also, looking toward the holidays, Mozart's-a shop that's never been shy about showcasing its classic marzipan peach pastry-has released a collection of marzipan figures. There are woodland animals, farm animals and anthropomorphic fruits and vegetables. They're made by pastry chef Doris Saha and are a combo of sugar and ground almonds. And, according to Mozart's, it's good luck to give these sweets in the shape of pigs on New Year's Eve.
