She hooked us last summer with the launch of her vibrant-in color and flavor-Darista Dip line featuring a trio of spreads made with whole ingredients (no artificial flavors here). Beets are the real star of the roasted beet hummus, and carrots and harissa steal the show in the Moroccan carrot dip, says Schwartz, whose dips are a spinoff of her popular global pop-up eatery Darista Cafe at The Hills Market.
