A note from executive chef Tom Smith: This menu was inspired by the month of August, one of the best times of the year to live in the State of Ohio. Hillbilly tomatoes, sweet corn & Lake Erie white peaches are all things that inspired me to learn how to cook and to eventually to become a chef. Bon Appétit!
