Celebrating the couples from our most recent issue on their anniversaries
Oct. 21, 2017, was a busy day in the Central Ohio wedding community. Four couples from our most recent issue were wed on that day, in a variety of ceremonies as unique as they are. Here’s a look at their days.
First up is Carrie Lymanstall and Ryan Harrison, who were married at the Columbus Athenaeum by U.S. District Court Judge Jack Zouhary. A string quartet and lively reception band were highlights of the day, Carrie says. Carrie and Ryan had both lost parents to cancer, so in lieu of gifts they asked their guests to make donations to the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute in honor of their parents.
Across town, Jordan and Preston Guinn were saying “we do” at the outdoor chapel of Northwest United Methodist Church. They were the subject of a recent Real Wedding Wednesday feature, which you can find here.
Between those two was Maranda Amornyard West and Patrick West’s ceremony at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Victorian Village. They, too, were recently featured in our Real Wedding Wednesday series; find their post here.
Finally, we have Jessica and Tim Kerrigan, who wed at the Boathouse at Confluence Park in along the Downtown riverfront. We’d tell you more about their big day, but we don’t want to spoil their own Real Wedding Wednesday feature. It’ll appear on the blog before the year is up, so stay tuned!
From all of us at Columbus Weddings to the eight of you, happy anniversary!
