Each week, we feature a couple from our latest issue.

Amelia Tetelman met her now-husband, Daniel, on her first day living in Columbus when a mutual friend introduced them as they were studying through their CPA exams. These two accountants, accustomed to being detail-oriented in their work, also paid special attention to the details of their wedding, adding up to a beautiful day.

One such detail included the groomsmen wearing old-fashioned suspenders that required buttons sewn into their pants; some forgot to attach their buttons until the morning of the wedding. “There's a photo of all the boys taking buttons off Dan's old dress shirts to sew them in their groomsmen pants,” Amelia says. “I'm so glad I didn't know about this until after it was resolved!”

Weeks ahead of their special day, the couple took dance classes at Fred Astaire Dance Studio and made a splash at their reception. “We did a choreographed dance for our first dance, and it was one of our favorite parts of the wedding,” Amelia recounts. “It was also fun to take dance classes and spend time together right before the wedding.”
