CatVideoFest 2020, Saturday, Feb. 22

If you’ve ever looked at your cat and thought, Pumpkin should be a movie star, the internet is way, way ahead of you. Taking a nod from the popularity of those viral cat videos, CatVideoFest has been entertaining moviegoers with annual curated compilations of the best submissions and internet clips for nearly a decade. The 2020 fest will donate partial proceeds to local cat charities from 136 screenings around the country, including the showing at the Gateway Film Center this Saturday. Come and enjoy cats being jerks to other cats, cats being jerks to humans, cats being jerks to inanimate objects, cats being jerks to themselves and somehow being cute the whole time. catvideofest.com
