"I don't have a drinking problem, except when I can't find a drink . " - Tom Waits

If you're attending this year's Columbus Beerfest, you won't have any trouble finding a drink. The entire 75,000-square-foot Grand Battelle Hall in the convention center will covered from wall-to-wall with vendors offering more than 175 craft beers. There'll be ales, lager, porters, stouts, I.P.A.s, double I.P.A.s - oh, you get the point. It's a craft-beer lover's paradise.

The $30 general admission ticket - $40 after May 19 - offers a commemorative glass and 25 tasting tickets, and hardcore aficionados can upgrade to either V.I.P. and Connoisseur level. The V.I.P. ticket ($40, $50 after May 19) grants access to the First Pour ceremony, and the Connoisseur ($65) treats you to a private reception with 12 rare craft selections and food pairings. The Connoisseur event is limited to 100 people, and the event usually sells out, so get a ticket early.
